Marvin was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He came from a good Christian home with responsible parents who taught him right from wrong. But somewhere along the road Marvin thought he knew better than everyone else, only to find himself enslaved by drug addiction living on the streets of LA. One day Los Angeles Restoration Church lent him a helping hand, and liberated him from his addiction and homelessness. Now, Marvin is dedicated to working with drug addicts and homeless people around MacArthur Park, hoping to give them the second chance he was given. Marvin's "restoration team" provides food, prayer, song and dance to these men and women in need every Monday on the northeast corner of the park.
